Delete Your Account
Updated September 9, 2026
This page lets you delete your Bao Daily account and the data attached to it. Bao Daily is published by PZero Pte Ltd. You can do this here, in your browser — you don’t need to reinstall the app or sign back in.
First: cancel your subscription
If you subscribe to Bao Daily, deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or Apple, not by us, and they keep charging you until you cancel them there. Cancel first, then come back:
If you’re not sure whether you have an active subscription, email support@pzerofoundry.com and we’ll check before anything is deleted.
Request deletion
Enter the email address on your Bao Daily account. We’ll reply to that address to confirm the request came from you — deletion is permanent, so we won’t act on it until you answer.
What happens next
- You submit the form above.
- We email you at that address to confirm it was really you. Anyone can type an address into a public form, so this step is how we make sure nobody else can delete your account.
- You reply to confirm. We delete your account, normally within 5 business days and always within 30 days.
- We email you again once it’s done.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no recovery window and no way for us to restore your account or your drafts afterwards. Backups are purged within 30 days of deletion.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account, including:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your drafts and published post history
- Your voice profile and tone settings
- Saved items and sources
- Your councils
- Connected-platform records for LinkedIn and X
- AI content reports generated for you
What we keep
We keep a dated record that an account was deleted, identified only by the account’s former internal ID. It contains none of your content and no personal details. We retain it for security and audit purposes, and because we may need to show that a deletion request was honoured.
Deleting from inside the app
If you still have Bao Daily installed, you can delete your account directly from Settings → Delete Account. Both routes remove the same data — use whichever is easier.
Need help
Email support@pzerofoundry.com if the form doesn’t work, if you can no longer access the email address on your account, or if you’d rather have a person handle it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data more generally.
